Statistische Software R
R
R is a free, non-commercial software for statistical applications and graphics. This software was developed in the mid-90s by Ross Ihaka and Robert Gentlemen and is closely related to the programming language S by John Chambers.
For R there is a lot of documentation in the form of PDF files and online help.
The programming language R is very extensive in its functionality and arbitrarily extendable.
R is usable under all common operating systems and is constantly updated and further developed. New function libraries are available on the CRAN website: http://cran.r-project.org/
Our chair has developed extension packages based on the research results of the working group.
The following extension packages can be found on the CRAN website:

MATLAB program for calculating the designs
This MatLab program calculates the locally optimal and the minimax design for a three arm clinical trial with heteroscedastic variances.
The test hypothesis from the publication "Robust Designs in Non-Inferiority Three Arm Clinical Trials with Presence of Heteroscedasticity", H. Dette, M. Trampisch, L.A. Hothorn PDF is taken as a basis. This document also explains the background and parameters.
Please note that a valid MATLAB license is required to run the program.
